Extract

Iso-Extract

Hopsteiner Iso-Extract is best utilized by adding this extract post-fermentation. Utilization exceeding 90% is not uncommon when added after fermentation. We recommend dosing Hopsteiner@ Iso-Extract as a 2% to 5% solution of iso-alpha-acids into the beer stream over 70% of the beer transfer.

Preferably injecting after primary filtration, but before final filtration. Alternatively, Hopsteiner@ Iso-Extract can be added directly to a finished beer tank to "top up" the beer bitterness.

Hopsteiner Iso-Extract is produced to strict processing specifications. Hopsteiner Iso-Extract is inspected and accepted under an ISO9002 quality assurance program.
