Tetra Iso-Extract-10%

Hopsteiner Tetra Iso-Extract should be added to the beer post-fermentation. We advise dosing Hopsteiner Tetra ISO-Extract undiluted to the center of the beer stream over 70% of the beer transfer, preferably just before the final filtration and after any gravity adjustment. Hopsteiner Tetra ISO-Extract is best added as an undiluted but preheated solution at up to 140F (60C).


Note that addition of Hopsteiner@ Tetra ISO-Extract to the kettle will give extremely poor utilization and may cause over-foaming in the fermentor! For a light-stable beer, if addition of some bittering to the kettle is desired then it is recommended to add this in the form of Hopsteiner Reduced ISO-Extract
