Leaf hops are naturally grown and kiln–dried compressed cone hops. They can be used at any stage of the brewing process and contain all essential oils and resins.
Hop pellets – are pelletized leaf hops that can be blended to achieve desired specs. Hop pellets will vary in oil and vegetative content depending on density and variety requested. Types 90 & 45 pellets are available in 5, 11, & 44 pound nitrogen–flushed packaging to ensure freshness.
Lupulin Pellets are concentrated pellets made by separating lupulin from the vegetal matter (bract). The resulting product has intensified concentrations of alpha-acids and essential oils typically found in a T90 pellet of the same variety.
Lupulin powder (T-35) – is pure hop lupulin that has been separated from leaf hops by eliminating vegetative matter while preserving all essential oils, resins, and aromatic features. Lupulin powder is variety specific and can be added to both the hot and cold side of the brewing process.
